The staff was amicable & best. The room was well decorated here on the lower floors. The location was absolutely perfect and magnificent as for me, really close to the restaurant, an open market and the centre of the old town. Lucky that it was within walking distance of Ace Pizza, offering food to go.

I stayed in this charming little hotel for 7 days, had real good experience, really enjoyed its incredible location so close to a bay right outside reception, and St Raphael👍👍

Attractive gardens, pool and public rooms, great central location in pretty town. Helpful staff.
Upper bedrooms have lots of stairs and no lift. Bedrooms more 2 star that 3 but rest of hotel is very good. Parking is expensive. Only hand held shower in our bathroom plus a bath. No shower curtain or shower head.

A very pretty hotel with lovely gardens and pool area. Comfortable loungers with matresses by the pool and pretty terraces for dining. Very central.
The pool was too cold to use. The bedroom was sort of basement and dark, approached down three steps with no windows apart from the patio doors to let you in. No privacy as everyone had to walk past to the pool or other rooms. We paid extra for this room and wished we had had a cheaper one. No tea/coffee making facilities or fridge. Very expensive. 9 euros for 2 coffees and 36 euros for lunch or dinner without drinks.

Expensive breakfast at 14 EUR pp, plumbing was little smelly

Well located with private parking, a big plus. For the rest, rooms are a bit old. Good restaurant but no wine on the glass, and half a bottle was an expensive substitute.
The sheets were not perfectly white (washed but not spotless). The matress was too soft. The heating in the room was off when I arrived (the staff forgot to switch it on), it took time to get to a comfortable temperature.

The staff were incredibly friendly and useful from the moment we arrived including the little details like letting us know we can use the complimentary towels for the pool. Despite the fact we were (unfortunately) only there for 1 night we were made to feel very welcome. Location could not be better for the very pretty town of Frejus although even in the summer the destination becomes very quiet after around 9pm as we discovered.

It was both charming and quite making a pleasant, relaxing holiday away from the fast track city life......
Small hotel with charm and professional attitude to its customers in every aspect whilst being in a tranquil friendly town.

We thought the dining area was very beautiful and the food very good.
The room was very small. I asked to change it but was told that all the rooms were the same size which I found unusual.

The rooms are nicely decorated, breakfasts are satisfactory, and the pool area is pleasant, with free internet and parking available on site.

The room was spacious, clean, very pleasantly decorated in a Provence- Cote d' Azur style, the air-conditioning was perfect, the staff was very kind, especially those from "other countries of the East", as it was as well written on our reservation for Croatia.
The beach is a bit too far for walking, to get to your room one needs to walk through a hotel terrace where people have breakfast in the morning and dine in the evening, a bathtub is difficult to use if you only want to take a shower - there is no curtain.
